The lymphatic system is an essential part of your immune system. Lymphatic drainage is a therapeutic massage that uses light to medium pressure, lymphatic breathing, and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to support lymph flow and help flush out toxins from the body. This treatment awakens your body’s fluid intelligence—restoring balance physically, emotionally, and energetically. Visceral manipulation may also be included, if needed.
